The location was marvellous and absolutely incredible and the staff were amiable. Impeccably clean room with private bathroom and central heating, multi-channel television and a refrigerator.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The value for money is unbeatable. The rooms may be small, but they are kept impeccably clean. The location in an upscale business district ensures a peaceful atmosphere after 6pm. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. I especially loved the attention to detail, like the free soft drinks and coffee served in the lobby. The hotel's proximity to multiple train stations makes it convenient for exploring the city. This hotel is located in a peaceful business district close to the station, making it very convenient to access popular tourist attractions. Despite being close to the station, this hotel is quiet and ensures a good night's sleep. The hotel is very clean, and its facilities are well-maintained, including a free soft drink and coffee service in the lobby. The staff are very friendly and speak excellent English, which made my stay very comfortable.

The room was spacious and well-equipped, with plenty of free amenities. The traditional nightgown provided was a nice touch. The shower and toilet were comfortable, and there were plenty of charging outlets. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, despite the language barrier. The hotel's location was convenient, being just a 5-minute walk from Kitahama Station. Additionally, the park by the river nearby was a pleasant discovery, perfect for taking a moment to relax. There were also numerous dining options in the vicinity.

The quilt was thick and made sleeping difficult during warmer nights, and the room was quite small. nearby parking during the day can be quite expensive.
